Join us for a series of workshops designed for Assyrian/Chaldean/Syriac community members, leaders, and volunteers. Together, we'll explore the impact of trauma and refugee experiences on mental health, develop practical "accidental counselling" skills, and learn how to respond to distress with empathy and confidence. Topics include: • Healing through Connection – Mental Health in Assyrians • Accidental Counselling and Effective Communication • Suicidality • Boundaries and Self-care Build your knowledge, strengthen your skills, and help create a more supportive and informed community.
